The location of this hotel is great, with several train stations in the Shiodome area nearby. It's not too near from the station, but still convenient. There's also a supermarket nearby which is really convenient for grabbing any necessities. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, offering a traditional Japanese spread. Additionally, there is a lounge in the lobby with internet access and beverages available.
Some rooms have drab or non-existent views.

Unforgettable cultural immersion. During my stay, I experienced the true essence of Japanese culture at Sadachiyo. The traditional ryokan atmosphere was simply enchanting. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even providing a personalized charm as a parting gift. While the location was slightly inconvenient, it allowed me to explore a vibrant part of town. The hotel's unique charm and authentic experience make it a must-visit for anyone seeking a taste of Japan. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable cultural immersion.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is conveniently close to a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it is situated away from the crowded Senso-ji temple, providing a peaceful environment. Moreover, being near many monuments allows guests to immerse themselves in traditional Japanese culture. Lastly, the hotel is right in the middle of a festival, providing a unique and exciting experience.
The hotel lacks certain modern amenities that some travelers might prefer.

I had a great first ryokan experience at this charming inn in Japan. Despite my limited knowledge of Japanese, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The communication leading up to my stay was seamless, as they were able to effectively communicate with me in English. The traditional rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the option to switch to a larger room when noise became an issue. The location was excellent, allowing me to explore the fascinating neighborhood of Asakusa. The public baths were a highlight, starting my onsen habit for the rest of my trip. I highly recommend this ryokan for an authentic and enjoyable stay.
